use the Disk Utility located in Applications/Utilities to Repair Permissions on your hard drive, reboot, and see if that fixes it.

No Luck.
I guess I will try reinstalling PowerCADD 7
Work around for now will be to work off copy I have installed on External Drive.
Ever notice how things like this always happen when you are up against a deadline.
