I see there is a new OSX driver available for old Wacom Tablets with serial interfaces.
I seem to recall someone asking about this a while ago.

Thanks for the tip. I reallymiss the tablet, and it's also huge. So it's worth the effort.
I'm using the Keyspan 28X on the G5 USB port, but can't see the tablet [Wacom UD-1212-R]. Anyone else have a similar setup and/or problem?

| You might also want to make sure you have the latest driver for the Keyspan 28X. I think they are up to version 1.8. |

| Interesting. A year ago I gave up trying when I found a definitive tech note at Wacom's site saying that ADB wasn't supported and wouldn't really work anyway because the timing was too slow or some such thing. I swore and went and bought a whole new tablet. Prior to that I used a ADB on a Prismo with a Griffin iMate addapter. That did the trick in OS9. |

They ain't got ADB yet. To quote from their site:
| Quote: | This is an ongoing open source project to bring full support for all serial Wacoms. See the accompanying documentation for details. Source Code is included.
ADB support is our number one priority. Please be patient while we work on this feature. |
You'll have to keep your fingers crossed. |
