I know this comment is coming from a simple mind, but my world just isn't completely synchronized as long as the proper version of Wildtools for PowerCadd doesn't have the same version number.
I complain about this with every new version, but I guess I'm the only person this bothers, since it's still the same. But I'll keep tilting at this windmill.
I can't remember why or when they diverged, but they used to have the same number. I have a humble request for Alfred: PLEASE MAKE THE NEXT WILDTOOLS VERSION 9-A, rather than 10. Then Version 9 of PowerCadd will go with Wildtools Version 9-A, which will be pretty close. And Pcadd version 10 will go with Wildtools version 10 and all will be right with the world again. (What can I say, I don't have a lot to complain about.)
Of course, I may be retired by then, but it would be something to look forward to. _________________ Mac Pro, 9 Gig RAM,

It bothers me, too, but I figure Alfred is smarter than I am and there must be some reason that I just can't grasp...

| I suggested what is now called WT9 be named WT8.5 in the hope that WT9 would come out with PC9, but my suggestion has fallen on deaf ears. |

Okay. New versions get a whole number change and minor revisions get a 'dot number change'. PowerDraw when through v1, 2, 3, 4, 5? then it changed to PowerCADD 1, 2, 3, 4.... WildTools started at a different time and has gone from 1, 2, 3, ...
I don't see the big deal and it seems to me we ought to be worrying about bigger issues than this.

I guess I'm beating a dead horse here, but...
I know it not a big thing, Alfred, it's just a matter of harmony. The correct version of Wildtools for a given version of PowerCadd should have the same version number.
I could be imagining this, but I seem to remember that at one time they did have the same version number. _________________ Mac Pro, 9 Gig RAM,
