I appreciate that they are installed in regular Apple Color picker, but I can't seem to find RAL or Pantone once they are installed. Is there something I am missing?

If you have WildTools, you might want to try using the "Joggle Tool" which I believe will do what you are looking for.

The layer does show up in the Edit window if you leave it open. After thinking about it, it does seem like a logical spot for it since it is a "property" of the object.
