I misspoke slightly, we have 130nr's, not 110. Sorry for any confusion on that. They are 24" wide roll fed color printers. We print a lot.

I have never seen the advantage of libraries over a simple folder of files of objects.

run the highest refresh rate you can as well. even if you can't see the flicker, it makes a difference

Yes, if you play with the use global attributes you can clear and prevent further dash problems.

....at the expense of not being able to pass attributes with drawings! Stinks if you use templates ...

I would just be happy if the DWG importer could remember the drawing setup settings I like to use when importing drawings (1/4" scale default, show page breaks, etc)
